WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

Hypnosis is a natural relax state that happens to everyone’s in his or her everyday life. We enter the hypnotic state unconsciously, enjoy it for a while and then either fall asleep or suddenly come out unaware that anything has happened.

While your CONCIOUS mind is your thinking mind (the 10% of your mind), Your SUBCONSCIOUS mind is your feeling, illogical mind and acts as a reference library or stowage room. (90% of your mind).

When your conscious makes a decision to change something in your life, you have a 10% of your mind working towards this goal, but what happens if the other 90% of your mind works against it?
